Глагол be в английском языке спрягается (т.е. изменяется по лицам и числам). Вы уже знаете, что для I его форма am, для you – are. А для местоимений he, she, it – is. Отрицание образуется при помощи отрицательной частицы not, а для образования вопроса необходимо вынести глагол be перед подлежащим.
